1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern participation in and attendance at events organised by Pretty Good Events Co. Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking, attending, or trading at any of our events, all participants (“you”, “your”, “vendor”, or “attendee”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 2. Event Participation 2.1 Vendor Applications All vendor applications must be submitted through the official booking process. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Company. Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. Vendors must provide accurate and complete information when applying. 2.2 Payment Full payment is required to secure a trading space. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in Section 6 (Cancellations and Refunds). Failure to make payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of the allocated space. 2.3 Allocation of Space The Company reserves the right to allocate or reallocate spaces as necessary for operational or safety reasons. Vendors must trade only within their allocated area and must not obstruct walkways or neighbouring stalls. 3. Vendor Responsibilities Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and health and safety requirements. All equipment, displays, and products must be safe, stable, and suitable for public use. Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of their area during and after the event. Waste must be disposed of in designated areas. Vendors must hold appropriate insurance, including public liability insurance, and provide proof upon request. 4. Event Conduct The Company reserves the right to remove any vendor or attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. Alcohol, illegal substances, or offensive materials are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised. Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits. 5. Liability The Company accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to property or goods belonging to vendors or attendees. Participation in events is at the vendor’s or attendee’s own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or cancellation of an event. 6. Cancellations and Refunds 6.1 Vendor Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing to info@prettygoodevents.co.uk. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the Company’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date. 6.2 Event Cancellations The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, safety concerns, or venue issues. In such cases, the Company will attempt to reschedule the event, however there will be no refunds or compensation. The Company is not liable for any additional costs incurred by vendors or attendees as a result of cancellation. 7. Marketing and Photography By attending or trading at an event, vendors and attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. The Company retains all rights to such media and may use it in marketing materials, social media, and publications. 8. Data Protection Personal information collected by the Company will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information will only be used for event management, communication, and marketing purposes related to Pretty Good Events Co. Ltd. 9. Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics. 10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 11.
